Reborn & Redeemed Clothing – Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our brand. Each item is made to order, so please read our return guidelines carefully.

✔ Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost.

✔ Wrong Size / Wrong Color (Customer Error)
Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please check our size chart before ordering.

✔ Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins. Once the order enters production, it cannot be modified.

✔ Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if confirmed lost.
